The 2011 LAC Chapter Workshop will take place in San José, Costa Rica, just after the INET San José, which is organized by the Internet Society in collaboration with the Internet Society Costa Rica Chapter.
The Chapter workshop will concentrate on leadership development, sharing of success stories and experiences with a particular focus on collaboration between the Chapters in the LAC region in order to help us collaboratively advance the Internet Society mission in this region in a meaningful way for Internet users. The objective of the workshop is to share our collective knowledge and wisdom, and through the information exchange create stronger Chapters.
A draft agenda will be published here closer to the event. We welcome all suggestions for agenda topics and format. If you have any questions and suggestions, please contact Chapter Support.
ISOC will make available travel fellowships for Chapters to attend both, the INET (30 Nov) and the workshop in San José (1+2 Dec).
