Asian Bureau 

Rajnesh Singh, Regional Bureau Manager, met members from the newly revived Philippines Chapter in Manila during APRICOT 2009. The ISOC Philippines Chapter (then called ISOCCP) was first chartered in 1999 and the rejuvenation of the Chapter began in 2008 with formal recognition being granted in January 2009.

Topics of discussion with chapter leaders and members included membership fee strucuture, interaction with other Philippines-based organisations, local priority issues as well as the status of the Internet in the Philippines.
