Asian Bureau 

APNIC 26 was held in Christchurch, New Zealand over five days in late August. APNIC (Asia Pacific Network Information Centre) is the Regional Internet Registry (RIR) for the Asia Pacific region.

The meeting brought together the Asia Pacific Internet technical community and interested parties to discuss Internet numbering related issues, as well some wider Internet issues. A series of workshop and tutorials were also held during the meeting. Rajnesh Singh spoke on ISOC’s perspectives on Internet Governance during the Internet Governance hui.
